We are so proud to partner with a prestigious, school-affiliated Early Learning Centre in Ipswich to find an inspiring, community-minded Centre Director to guide and uplift their high-performing team of educators.
About the Centre & Our Philosophy
Owned and embraced by a historic and well-respected local educational institution, this premier co-educational long day care and kindergarten service is deeply committed to "making the most of every moment." Together, we view early childhood education as the vital, beautiful foundation for lifelong learning.
As the Centre Director, you will gentle-guide a service boasting a safe, secure, and uniquely tranquil atmosphere. The centre prides itself on aesthetically beautiful learning environments designed to naturally spark a child's sense of wonder and curiosity. Our curriculum beautifully weaves intentional teaching with thoughtful, loving scaffolding, while actively celebrating our multicultural community and deeply embedding Australia's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
