As the Call Centre Representative, you will be reporting to an inspiring Customer Service Manager and working with a close-knit team, where you’ll provide exceptional service to customers.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve product issues by proactively contacting customers.
- Coordinate free, in-store exchanges for faulty products.
- Deliver exceptional service on all customer product inquiries.
- Manage customer data and coordinate appointment bookings.
- Execute accurate data entry and general admin tasks.

About You
- Previous experience in a Call Centre, Contact Centre or Customer Service role
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
- Intermediate MS Office skills
