Key Responsibilities:
...Update and maintain "As-Built" documentation for minor and maintenance projects.
Digitise older paper drawings, bringing our legacy archives into the modern era.
Collaborate directly with a multi-trades team (Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC Techs) to capture progress accurately and efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD.
Sector Knowledge: A strong background in HVAC or Mechanical drafting is highly preferred.
Autonomy: You’re comfortable managing your own workflow and prioritising tasks without constant hand-holding.
Communication: The ability to laise with the internal trades team & contractors to understand technical site requirements.
Patience & Precision: An eye for detail, especially when interpreting and converting older manual sketches into clean digital files
