1) What You Will Do:
Provide expert analysis and advice for implementing complex corporate systems and associated business requirements.
Elicit, analyse, and reflect customer requirements and priorities (both functional and non-functional).
Manage user requirement definitions by analysing, defining information needs, process mapping, and re-engineering current processes.
Generate, define, and evaluate feasible options, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and technical feasibility.
Analyse and design business processes to identify alternative solutions, improving efficiency and exploiting new technologies and automation.
2) What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Substantial experience in a Business Analyst role, including implementing enterprise-level ICT projects.
High-level experience in business process design principles and best practice project execution, demonstrating financial acumen.
Strong experience developing project Requirements and Scope, Feasibility, and Benefits Realisation Plans.
A Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a relevant business area of expertise, or extensive experience in a similar role.
High-level people and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels.
