About You
Extensive practical delivery experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex programs.
Demonstrated history supporting RFT activities, solution evaluation, and formal procurement processes.
Desirable experience with workforce management implementations (including demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, or timesheets).
Exposure to data-related initiatives with a conceptual understanding of data architecture, governance, or integration.
Outstanding communication skills with a record of driving alignment and fostering positive, cooperative team environments.
Key Responsibilities
Define, structure, and document business requirements to support RFTs, vendor engagement, and procurement decision-making.
Deliver high-quality process modelling and future-state documentation within complex, ambiguous project environments.
Engage with the dedicated data workstream to identify cross-workstream dependencies involving data architecture, integration, and modelling.
Apply sound judgement and structured BA methodologies to prioritize analysis outcomes and focus effort where it matters most.
Facilitate cooperative, navigate differing team perspectives, and build trusted relationships across business and technology units.
