Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (pro-rata for PT) + Superannuation (Based on experience)

You will be the backbone of our daily financial operations, ensuring our accounts are seamless and our team is paid on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable: Managing end-to-end processing, supplier reconciliations, and preparing weekly/fortnightly payment runs.
Accounts Receivable: Raising invoices, monitoring aging reports, and professional debt collection/follow-up.
Payroll & Superannuation: Processing payroll for our growing team, managing leave entitlements, and ensuring Superannuation Guarantee (SG) compliance.
Bank Reconciliations: Daily matching of transactions across multiple accounts.
Compliance Support: Assisting with BAS/IAS preparation and ensuring all records meet ATO standards.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts role.
Software Savvy: Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks (Cloud-based experience is highly regarded).
Qualification: Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or higher) is preferred.
Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Australian tax system and Fair Work payroll standards.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to explain "the numbers" to non-financial team members.
