We’re looking for a friendly, down-to-earth Bookkeeper who genuinely enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly. If you’re someone who loves tidy accounts, accurate reporting, and a workplace where people actually say good morning, this could be your next role.
About the role:
You’ll be supporting a small, busy team with day-to-day bookkeeping and compliance tasks. It’s a hands-on position where accuracy matters, but you’ll also have the freedom to streamline processes and make the role your own.
Your day may include:
Processing accounts payable and receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Payroll processing and super
BAS/IAS preparation
Month-end support and reporting
Keeping financial records neat, up-to-date, and easy to understand
Communicating with clients, suppliers, and the internal team
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Previous bookkeeping experience (Xero, MYOB or similar)
Strong attention to detail — you notice things others miss
Good communication skills and a friendly approach
The ability to work independently without needing to be micromanaged
A genuine interest in helping a team stay organised and compliant
