This is a permanent part-time opportunity , ideally structured around 0.80 FTE. Reporting to the management team, the Bookkeeper will play a supportive and essential role in day-to-day financial operations. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of core bookkeeping tasks while supporting broader business administration.
About you
Demonstrated experience with the following duties will benefit your success:
Proficiency in MYOB for daily processing, including bank reconciliations and ABA bank uploads.
Accounts receivable, including credit notes and liaising with government funding providers.
BAS preparation & assisting with month-end financial processes
Superannuation knowledge & supporting payroll (when required)
Navigating and interpreting relevant modern awards
Contract administration, focusing on contract renewals and Work-cover compliance.
This will be a great role for a friendly, reliable, and approachable professional who works with a high level of accuracy and autonomy. If you are a registered BAS agent your application will be highly desirable.
