• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine service, preventive maintenance, and inspections. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with control devices, sensors, actuators, controllers, relays, and wiring.
• System Optimisation: Conduct software updates, calibration adjustments, and system optimisations to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Commissioning: Conduct commissioning activities for newly installed or upgraded systems, including system testing, verification, and optimisation to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Generate commissioning reports and documentation.
• Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with Service Management and Estimating teams for timely procurement of parts, materials, and scheduling of site visits. Document all service and repair activities accurately using tools like Microsoft
• Client Relations: Interact professionally with clients, facility managers, and stakeholders, providing updates, communicating technical issues, and offering training and support on system operation.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• A Grade Electrical Licence
• Current Driving Licence
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong computer skills.
• Proven self-management and ability to work autonomously whilst also being a strong team player.
• A dedicated, service-focused, and safety-conscious attitude.

• Knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems.
• Niagara and/or other BMS Training.
• Electrical and/or ARC License.
