The Work
As the primary point of contact for the building's vital signs, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of life-sustaining plant and equipment.
Monitor & Optimise: Manage Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure precise HVAC, air quality, and temperature controls across a clinical campus.
Rapid Response: Detect and respond to system alarms, coordinating with on-site Electricians, Fitters, and Plumbers to action immediate repairs.
Critical Escalation: Lead the communication process during system outages or emergencies to keep essential services online.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise digital logs and ensure high-quality shift handovers to maintain site continuity.
What You Need
We are looking for a reliable, technically sharp individual who can remain calm when the alarms go off.
Trade Background: Ideally a Mechanical or Electrical trade (Fitter, HVAC, Sparky, or Plumber).
Experience: Proven background as a BMS Operator or within a high-stakes Control Room environment.
Technical IQ: A deep understanding of how HVAC and hydraulic systems interact within a large-scale facility.
Digital Literacy: High competency with monitoring software and complex computer systems.
Highly Regarded: A current Boiler Ticket will put you at the front of the pack.
Compliance: Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide Hep B records.
