What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain the Department's non-financial performance reports using business intelligence software (Power BI)
• Support the delivery of projects to improve business intelligence tools and processes, providing recommended solutions to support decision-making.
• Extract, transform, and analyse data using Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas) and proficiency in SQL would be beneficial
• Undertake data analysis within the Departments Microsoft Azure-based architecture and Azure Synapse analytics experience would be beneficial
• Support the team with ad hoc data tasks while working to reduce such requests to 'one off' and towards automated solutions.
• Support the team with AI productivity tool implementation and Large Language Models and their application within the business.

What do you need to apply for this role?

• Demonstrated experience to build and maintain high-level reports, data-analysis and/ or support AI productivity implementation for an organisation, using business intelligence software, such as Salesforce and Power BI and the required coding skills such as Python.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities to deliver results in a fast-paced client facing environment.
