Title: AWS Connect Administrator

What You Will Do:
Provide AWS system administration services and expert advice to internal and external customers within agreed service levels.
Identify and implement infrastructure improvements and risk management strategies based on customer business drivers.
Deliver product demonstrations and workshops to showcase AWS offerings and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Assist lead implementers with customer onboarding, architectural research, and the application of emerging technologies.
Collaborate with diverse teams including Architecture, Product Management, and Project Delivery to support the AWS Product line.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise AWS solutions across multiple customers and government environments.
Extensive knowledge of AWS Connect for cloud contact solutions, including Contact Flow Design and Service Integrations.
Strong scripting and automation skills utilizing tools such as Terraform, Python, or AWS CDK.
Deep understanding of IAM security, logging, and compliance patterns within the AWS ecosystem.
Proven ability to build positive stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively regarding complex infrastructure architecture.
