What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse and document manual processes that are prime for automation.

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable automation solutions using rule engines, RPA, and workflow tools.

• Proactively identify the root causes of manual referrals and develop targeted strategies to mitigate them.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including processing times and decision accuracy.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and stay updated on emerging automation technologies.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• At least 3 years of proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath.

• Strong proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, VB.NET, or C#.

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Excellent analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis.
