📝 What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the center. ⚙️
Team Mentorship: Support and guide our educators to deliver exceptional play-based learning programs. 🌱👩🏫
Compliance & Quality: Help maintain NQS standards and ensure we remain a high-quality service. ✅
- Relationship builing : Build postive and open communications with families and children to ensure you best cater for there family needs
Acting Director: Step up and lead the team with full autonomy when the Director is away. 🏢⭐
🎓 What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum). 📜
Experience: Proven experience in a senior educator or leadership role. 💪
Skills: Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, plus excellent communication. 🗣️
Compliance: A current Blue Card and relevant First Aid certifications. ⛑️
