Are you a meticulous Asset Data Officer ready to manage the integrity of a $40+ billion infrastructure asset portfolio for a major government client in Brisbane?

We are seeking a critical data professional for a contract role focused on maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance across vast building and asset datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integrity & Maintenance: Regularly verify the accuracy and integrity of data in the asset register. Ensure changes from construction and refurbishments are accurately recorded.

• Data Sourcing & Process: Source and collect information from contractors and stakeholders for assets with incomplete data. Review and lead the development of updated business processes to maintain high-quality data entry standards.

• System Alignment: Improve data quality across various core systems (like SAP Plant Maintenance) to support strategic planning and asset condition assessments.

• Compliance: Maintain documentation to evidence data changes and ensure alignment with legislative and safety requirements, including the interaction between asset and asbestos register data.

About You

• Experience managing data for building assets or similar infrastructure.

• Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy through strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in comparing data quality across multiple systems and using data analysis tools.

• Strong communication skills to establish relationships and explain complex ideas.

• Relevant qualification in data management, facilities management, or a related field is desirable.
