Key Responsibilities
Providing high quality frontline service to the public.
Financial Assistance, assessing eligibility for programs and funding.
Discuss outstanding debt with customers and establish sustainable repayment plans within department guidelines.
Administration Support, updating the central system.
Inform customers of their rights, including the appeals and complaints process.
Participate in team rotations, contribute to meetings, and provide administrative support.
Who You Are
To be successful in this position, you will need:
Strong Communication: The ability to explain complex policies and eligibility criteria clearly to a diverse range of clients.
Experience identifying vulnerable clients and managing sensitive situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry and word processing with a high level of accuracy in maintaining digital records.
Team Player: A willingness to share information, support colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development.
Please note: You will require a current South Australian Working With Children Check and a National Police Check. This position is an immediate start and only available candidates with a WWCC clearance will be considered.
