- Hourly Rate: $60.26 per hour + Superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Visualisation: Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting, including the development of interactive dashboards and data visualisations to support strategic decision-making.
- Workforce Planning: Translate future-state designs into modellable inputs and inform FTE forecasts segmented by role, time, and location.
- Strategic Support: Coordinate and assist in strategic planning, program management, and policy development within a complex operational environment.
- Leadership & Oversight: Provide guidance for business analysis functions, setting priorities and managing workflows to ensure project alignment with agency objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to manage change processes and minimise resistance during organisational transitions.
Skills & Experience Required
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in data analysis is essential, with Power Query experience being highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to apply advanced technical and numerical methods to resolve complex issues and assess risks.
- Judgement & Initiative: Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and work under limited direction to resolve issues in a legislative-governed environment.
- Communication: Excellent relationship management skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and external consultants.
- Sector Knowledge: An understanding of the disability, health, or allied health sectors is considered a significant advantage.
