Key Responsibilities

As an APS5 Project Officer, you will work collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and outcomes support organisational priorities. Your day-to-day will include:

• Project Support: Managing initiatives with minimal supervision to hit deadlines and quality benchmarks.

• Data & Insights: Managing data across systems to ensure integrity and translating complex data into clear reports and presentations.

• Change Management: Supporting staff through transitions by contributing to training, workshops, and communication strategies.

• Communication: Developing and maintaining guidance materials and tracking the effectiveness of messaging across the agency.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Building collaborative relationships to resolve routine issues and progress operational tasks.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data into actionable recommendations.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience using digital platforms and SharePoint for document management and information sharing.

• Adaptability: Capability to manage competing priorities and balance shifting demands during periods of change.
