Randstad is currently working with an Australian Federal Government department to find an APS4 Support Suite Officer (ICT). This role is based in Brisbane QLD or Robina QLD and is an initial contract until the 31st Dec 2026 with potential of extension.

Hourly Rate: $43.82 hourly (excluding super)

Key Duties:
• Providing advice, procedural guidance and system support to Frontline staff.
• Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
• Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects.
• System User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect identification testing pre and post release.
• Proactive system investigation to improve system performance.
• Support the development of new or updated system operational guidance where required.
• Coaching Frontline staff in best practice system use.
• Undertaking project activities including related administrative tasks and functions.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
• Demonstrated experience in IT and technical Support environments.
