Support the department's Principal Human Resources Advisor (PHRA) through the delivery of key organisational capability strategies through research, policy and data analysis across the following disciplines:
- Strategic Human Resource Management
- Workforce Planning
- Employee Relations
- Professional Development
- Recruitment and Selection
- Workplace Injury and Rehabilitation Case Management
- Policy
- Procedure
Key Deliverable
Contribute to the development and implementation of specific strategies, frameworks and systems to achieve real and measurable change and cultural improvements including:
- Human Resources Framework
- Training Framework
- Performance Framework
- Culture and Wellbeing Strategy
- HR policies and procedures
Key Capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to developing plans and strategies with the ability to think creatively in a changing environment.
- Knowledge and experience across a range of strategic workforce domains including but not limited to strategic workforce planning, capability development, organisational development, change management and equity and diversity.
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
