You will be joining a supportive Digital team, working alongside established professionals within a wider Communications branch to support both internal and external digital channels.
Offer Details
- Location: Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast.
- Pay Rate: AO5 $69.21 - $75.09
- Contract Length: until 30 June 2026, with a strong possibility of extension.
Role Responsibilities
As a Digital Officer, you will support the planning, production, and implementation of digital campaigns and initiatives. Your core duties will include:
- Content Production: Liaising with subject matter experts to develop engaging content for websites, intranets, eDMs, and SMS.
- Channel Management: Optimising digital channels to ensure they align with best practices and WCAG 2.0 principles.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring systems to ensure all digital content remains accurate, current, and functional.
- Data & Reporting: Gathering information regarding content performance and assisting with customer survey data collation.
- Technical Liaison: Collaborating with technical personnel and the wider Communications team to resolve issues and enhance user experience.
Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking a candidate with a solid foundation in the following areas:
- Intranet Administration: Proven experience in SharePoint, ideally in an administrator or similar capacity.
- CMS Management: Confidence working in the back end of a website; specific experience with Drupal is highly regarded.
- eDM Platforms: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar electronic direct mail platform.
- Analytics & Insights: A keen interest in digital performance with confidence using tools such as Google Analytics or Silktide.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in HTML and the ability to test and quality assure online content from concept to launch.
