Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Executive Support: Manage the day-to-day operations for the Executive Director, providing timely, professional, and confidential administrative assistance.
- Section Administration: Coordinate procurement of office supplies, manage ICT and building access requests, schedule meetings, and track email correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- HR & Operations Support: Assist with payroll and timesheet processing, review recruitment documentation, and collaborate actively with the wider branch administration network.
- Team Culture: Drive a positive workplace culture by modeling team values and leading the coordination of team events and activities.
