Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading and coaching a technical team.
Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of PLC’s, engineering design, and statutory safety requirements.
Problem Solving: A natural ability to resolve complex quality and production issues under pressure.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and influencing skills - you can talk tech with electricians and strategy with management.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience reviewing performance/costing reports.
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to Safety First.

Must be eligible to live and work in Australia.
