The Opportunity
We are a leading FMCG organisation based in Macquarie Park, seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy promotional period. This role is a 6–8 week temporary assignment, perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the precision of data management.

The Role
This position serves as a vital support link within our operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our product data and ensuring our promotional cycles run seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
Data Stewardship: High-volume data entry and maintenance of core product catalogs.
Promotional Coordination: Managing and auditing promotional data sets to ensure accuracy across all platforms.
Technical Reporting: Utilizing Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables) to organise, cross-reference, and report on inventory and pricing data.
General Administration: Providing ad-hoc administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who brings a refined touch to their work, someone who is meticulous, proactive, and takes pride in delivering polished results.
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically the ability to perform V-Lookups and manage Pivot Tables.
Meticulous Eye for Detail: A natural inclination toward accuracy and the ability to spot inconsistencies in large data sets.
Adaptability: The ability to work cohesively in-office during the training phase, with the discipline to maintain productivity while working remotely.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and helpful demeanor.
