Your New Company/Role:
As a well established organisation, my client is looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable/Accounts Administration Officer to join their team for a 6 months temporary (subject to extension). Their office is based in the Northern Beaches region. Onsite parking is provided alongside 2 - 3 days work from home flexibility once up and running with confidence.

About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:
Reporting to a nurturing Finance Manager. Your primary activity will centre around all aspects of the Accounts Payable process, including but not limited to
- Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Managing supplier relationships and handling queries
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures related to Accounts Payable
- General accounts administration support and other ad hoc as required
Ideal Profile
This opportunity is for someone who has experience within accounts payable domain. You will also bring:
- Diploma or Bachelors in Accounting & Finance/equivalent qualification or relevant work experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years hands on experience in Accounts Payable function
- Proficiency with any accounting software
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
- 6 months temporary position - subject to extension

- $39.00 - $43.00 per hour + Super (Based on experience)
