• Manage end-to-end processing of supplier invoices including coding and authorization
• Perform three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports
• Coordinate regular electronic payment runs and process urgent manual payments
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate vendor master data
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with GST and internal company policies
• Generate and distribute customer tax invoices and credit notes
• Process daily receipts and allocate payments against outstanding customer accounts
• Follow up on overdue accounts to assist with debt collection and cash flow
• Assist with daily bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy

Requirements:

• 4+ years expererience in similar position
