The Responsibilities of the role includes:
- Processing a high volume of invoices through their automated systems and importing into Xero
- Payable duties involve mostly contractor invoices, maintenance services and bills
- Accurate data entry
- Database maintenance and updating client details when needed
- Accounts receivable duties and chasing up late payments where necessary
- Responding to general accounts queries
- Assisting with preparing documentation for the company Accountant
- General administrative tasks as required by Management.
Ideally you will have:
- Strong accounts payable and receivable experience
- Experience working with Xero or MYOB
- Strong attention to detail, especially with accurate data entry
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to new systems with ease
- The ability work well autonomously and within a team
- Exceptional phone manner
- Office administration experience.
