Key Selection Criteria

• Strategic Communication & Content Design: Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate integrated communication and marketing plans, with a high level of proficiency in creating high-quality content, technical briefing notes, and audience-focused materials across multiple digital and traditional channels.

• Digital Engagement & Social Media Management: Extensive experience in researching, executing, and monitoring targeted social media campaigns, including the ability to manage emerging events in real-time and use data to measure engagement effectiveness.

• Stakeholder Partnership & Collaboration: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining influential relationships with internal leadership, strategic units, and external stakeholders to drive brand visibility and achieve shared organisational goals.

• Project & Event Coordination: Strong capability to lead and coordinate special projects, public safety campaigns, and corporate events from inception to completion, ensuring all activities meet strict deadlines and budget requirements.
