- Contract: 3 years contract
- Pay Rate: A05 Level
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide strategic communications support to leadership teams and manage the pulse of project-related information. Your daily impact includes:
- Strategic Advisory: Providing expert advice on project delivery communications and implementing comprehensive strategies for complex infrastructure works.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with government bodies, local residents, and internal groups.
- Content Creation: Researching and writing high-level materials, including executive correspondence, media releases, fact sheets, and speeches.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identifying potential communication risks and implementing mitigation strategies to manage project challenges.
- Community Outreach: Managing public information campaigns, resident meetings, and digital content to ensure clear and responsive communication.
Key Selection Criteria
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional who can work independently while contributing to a wider team goal. We are looking for:
- Exceptional Communication: Proven ability to write professionally for diverse audiences, particularly executive-level correspondence and media statements.
- Project Experience: Highly desirable experience within the infrastructure, construction, or transport sectors.
