The Opportunity
Provide hands-on BAU support, maintenance, and day-to-day configuration for TechnologyOne Financials platform and related systems.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage existing platforms to enhance business outcomes, identify new ways of working, and ensure the application is successfully maintained and supported.
Your Impact
- BAU Support & Troubleshooting: Identify and analyse system-related issues, managing remediation efforts by external partners where necessary to maintain platform stability.
- System Configuration: Handle hands-on configuration changes, and module maintenance.
- Process Automation & ETLs: Support the team with automation approaches and process improvement opportunities. Assist with the configuration of Business Process Automation (BPA) workflows and support existing ETL data feeds.
- Stakeholder Interaction & Collaboration: Work with business users to understand system issues and translate technical fixes to non-technical staff.
- Documentation & Change Management: Support the development of change materials and user training on financial systems. Maintain system logs and create clear user guides to assist with training and system updates.
About You
- Experience: Experience in a finance systems or dedicated systems role using TechOne.
- Technical Skills: Ability to build ETLs, automated workflows (BPA), or supply-chain modules is highly regarded. Experience in business process mapping or design is also highly regarded.
