sap functional analyst (ehs - environment health and safety)

Key Duties:

• Lead the solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) modules.

• Facilitate workshops, manage business and functional requirements, and perform fit-to-standard assessments and gap analyses.

• Support and validate SAP EHS integrations with key enterprise modules, such as Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and HR.

• Govern external service provider deliverables, ensuring alignment with program standards, policies, and business expectations.

• Coordinate solution assurance, defect management, data migration, and procurement requirement activities across project lifecycles.

• Demonstrated experience with at least one full SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.

• Deep functional expertise in SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) modules and SAP Fiori applications.

• Proven track record of integrating SAP EHS with other core modules like Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and HR.

• Experience with project management tools and tracking systems such as Jira, MS Project, or SAP CALM.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and communication skills to navigate complex cross-functional environments.
