Are you an experienced SAP Functional Expert looking for an exciting opportunity to drive key enterprise transformation? We are seeking a skilled SAP Functional Expert specialising in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) to join a high-profile SAP S/4HANA upgrade project based in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, delivering, and supporting fit-for-purpose VIM solutions across a complex enterprise landscape.
What You Will Do:Design, configure, and implement SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processes within an enterprise S/4HANA platform.
Engage and collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to understand business requirements, process challenges, and system needs.
Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, and cutover activities.
Provide expert advice on solution design changes to ensure the system remains robust, fit for purpose, and compliant with relevant standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation VIM issues during hypercare, providing ongoing guidance and knowledge transfer to operational staff.
Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing original embedded SAP S/4HANA Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) module designs or working in live production environments.
Experience with OpenText products such as Cloud Core Archive, Core Capture for SAP (CC4SAP), or Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4SAP).
Deep understanding of VIM integration with SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Procure to Pay processes.
Demonstrated experience delivering SAP solutions across the full project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilisation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
