Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and document reviews to elicit, analyse, and model business processes, workflows, and data flows.

• Work alongside the chosen Implementation Partner to design future-state business practices, review use cases, and validate technical designs.

• Produce high-quality functional/technical specifications, process maps, use cases, and business cases.

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end testing programs to ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements and performance goals.

• Support change management initiatives by documenting processes and assisting with user training to drive seamless system adoption.

• Monitor implemented solutions to ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Proven track record in mapping and designing end-to-end workflows and data flows within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Expertise in translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and technical documentation.

• Background in Records & Information Management (RIM), digital transformation, or compliance/privacy-driven technology projects.

• Experience collaborating with third-party implementation partners to ensure technical outputs align with business requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations, and gain buy-in across diverse teams.

• Hands-on experience planning and executing end-to-end testing programs in structured project environments (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or hybrid).

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
