About your new role
The Business Analysts will be primarily responsible for supporting the planning, design, and delivery of the Organisational Redesign program across both corporate and operational environments. Core duties involve undertaking end-to-end current-state process mapping to identify inefficiencies and eliminate duplication, alongside gathering and documenting clear business, functional, and operational requirements. The role acts as a key contributor to reform concept development, triage, assessment activities, operating model evaluations, and implementation planning. To ensure smooth execution, the analyst will conduct change impact analyses, identify dependencies and risks, and contribute to governance reporting
What you will need to exceed
...- Proficiency in end-to-end current-state and future-state process mapping, identifying operational inefficiencies, and reducing duplication.
- Ability to conduct change impact assessments, evaluate operating models, and identify project risks and dependencies.
- Expertise in gathering, defining, and documenting business, operational, and functional requirements.
- Prior hands-on experience supporting large-scale business transformation, organizational redesign, or workforce reform initiatives.
- Proven track record of operating across diverse corporate and operational teams in dynamic environments.
- Experience with concept development, triage/assessment processes, governance reporting, and structured implementation planning.
- Skill in planning and leading interactive workshops with subject matter experts and portfolio leads.
- Attention to detail paired with the strategic mindset needed to navigate complex organizational issues and translate business needs into practical, sustainable outcomes.
