• Identify and quantify digital business opportunities through intelligent analysis, process modelling, and current/future state assessments.
• Formulate, prioritise, and execute work packages while maintaining clear communication with senior stakeholders to drive business value.
• Lead process discovery workshops, facilitate group dialogue to gain consensus, and design best-practice business solutions.
• Plan, elicit, and manage business requirements and backlogs while engaging with vendors and aligning solutions to product roadmaps.
• Coach, mentor, and build capabilities across the business analysis practice using formal methodologies and frameworks.

• Strong business analysis experience within financial/insurance services, or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in eliciting requirements and building analysis models, including BPMN, data models, and context models.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex digital solutions within Agile environments using project and change management methodologies.
• Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience applying improvement methodologies such as Human-Centred Design or Lean Six Sigma.
