• Managing end-to-end project logistics operations, including breakbulk, heavy lift, out-of-gauge (OOG), and specialised cargo movements.
• Coordinating international and domestic freight across air, sea, road, and project cargo operations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, transport providers, overseas agents, ports, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiating competitive freight rates and managing supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Planning and executing complex logistics projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, and on-time delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with all operational, safety, regulatory, and company requirements.

About You

• Experience in logistics and freight (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and able to multitask
• Experience using CargoWise (essential)
• Strong coordination, scheduling and monitoring skills
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
