About the Role
Are you a seasoned Project Manager who thrives on driving complex, meaningful change? We are seeking a high-performing Transformation Project Manager to join a prominent Western Australian Government organization.
Working alongside the Transformation Manager and key business leads, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end transformation projects that directly align with broader organizational strategy and enterprise-wide goals. You will oversee project execution, maintain integrated delivery plans, manage vendor relationships, and ensure robust governance across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Lead, plan, execute, and monitor major transformation projects from inception through to completion.
Integrated Planning: Coordinate scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources to ensure seamless delivery.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and manage vendor deliverables, service levels, and contractual obligations.
Change Alignment: Collaborate closely with Change Managers to embed impact assessments, readiness plans, and adoption strategies into project frameworks.
Governance & Assurance: Ensure all project artifacts meet Transformation Management Office (TMO) standards and frameworks.
Benefits Realization: Define, track, and report on project performance metrics and tangible benefits.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will bring relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) alongside:
Agile & Lifecycle Mastery: Strong experience applying Agile practices and managing the complete project lifecycle within complex transformation environments.
Governance & Quality: Proven ability to implement project assurance, governance controls, and compliance requirements effectively.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills—capable of influencing key decisions, negotiating effectively, and managing diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Problem Solving: High-level analytical skills to inform data-driven decision-making and overcome complex project challenges.
Results-Driven Focus: A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within fast-paced, changing environments.
Pre-Employment Requirements

A satisfactory National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
Australian Permanent Residency or full Australian Working Rights.
