We are seeking a senior Technology Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a critical Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) capability. You will drive the transition from broad VPN-based access towards a precise, identity-aware and device-aware access model. You will be responsible for orchestrating alignment across technical implementation, user rollouts, application onboarding, and operational readiness teams.
What You Will Do:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ZTNA implementation, including delivery planning, scope control, milestone tracking, and RAID management.
- Own and maintain an integrated delivery plan covering platform capabilities, user onboarding waves, and application onboarding.
- Coordinate structured stand-ups, action tracking, and decision management across technical, operational, and external partner teams.
- Engage and align technical and non-technical stakeholders across cybersecurity, identity management, and end-user technology teams.
- Drive the build-out of the ZTNA service model, including support pathways, ServiceNow integration, and business-as-usual (BAU) handover.
- 10+ years of experience in programme delivery or project management within large, complex technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering cybersecurity, network security, infrastructure, or identity and access management (IDAM) initiatives.
- Practical understanding of Zero Trust principles, ZTNA, secure remote access, and identity/device-based access controls.
- Strong project governance capability, including integrated planning, risk management, and concise executive reporting.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, challenge unclear scope, and maintain clear boundaries between project delivery and BAU ownership.
