• Manage end-to-end processing for high-volume employee populations across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cycles.

• Maintain accurate employee Masterfile records, processing new starters, organisational transfers, position changes, and complex termination reconciliations.

• Import, audit, and validate time and attendance data from timekeeping systems into Chris21.

• Interpret and apply diverse, multi-site Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and Modern Awards to ensure accurate wage calculations, allowances, and penalty rates.

• Serve as an approachable first point of contact for employee and manager queries, resolving issues promptly with high customer service standards.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a hands-on, full-function payroll processing experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

• Proven, essential expertise using Chris21 (or iChris).

• Demonstrated capability handling high-volume payrolls (company sizes 2000+).

• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, superannuation, tax, and complex Enterprise Agreements.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong data management skills, and clear verbal and written communication.

• A resilient, solution-focused attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
