My client is on the lookout for motivated and experienced individual to join their Collections teams for a 2 month contract with a potential for extension or permanency for the right candidate.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking experienced professionals from the financial services sector – ideally with a background in asset finance, though broader financial services experience is also welcomed. You’ll need to be:

• Handle early arrear calls - speaking to customers who have missed their first one to two payments and getting them back on track
• Customer-focused and confident communicating across phone and email
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
• Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Available to work full-time through to the end of your contract with a potential for extension or permanency
