Due to ongoing growth, our client (major Australian logistics leader) is keen to bring onboard two experienced Operations Supervisors to lead their day-to-day transport operations.

... Key Responsibilities
People Leadership: Provide strong day-to-day leadership, support, and direction; foster a psychologically safe, inclusive team culture to drive retention.
Fleet & Driver Allocation: Allocate prime movers and trailers to meet operational needs, set clear departure schedules, and manage driver rosters in strict alignment with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and WA Fatigue Management rules.
Full Employee Lifecycle: Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and conflict resolution in partnership with People & Capability.
Operational Accuracy: Oversee scanning, manifesting, and receiving depot communications to ensure on-time service delivery and issue resolution.
Compliance & Safety: Participate in incident investigations, enforce safety standards, and track mandatory license renewals and medical checks.
Rotational Support: Participate in weekend work and act as designated after-hours contact on a rotational basis.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
2+ years’ experience in a similar supervisory/leadership role within transport or logistics.
Proven background managing and leading driver teams in a busy transport operations environment.
Strong knowledge of WA Fatigue Management, CoR obligations, and freight movement processes
