What You’ll Do:
Design & Deliver: Develop and implement age-appropriate, highly engaging educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and spark toddler curiosity.
Lead & Inspire: Guide a team of educators in the 2-year-old room to deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum.
Connect: Build strong, authentic relationships with children, their families, and your team members to create a true sense of belonging.
Mentor your room staff, ensuring a positive, cohesive, and fun working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a leader who genuinely thrives on human connection—someone who communicates with warmth, empathy, and has a deep passion for pedagogical excellence.
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent/higher).
Curriculum Expertise: Strong, proven ability to plan, document, and evaluate age-appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF.
Certifications: Current and valid First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and CPR certificates.
Compliance: Up-to-date Mandatory Reporting training and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Skills: Proven experience leading a room, with a deep understanding of the NQS.
