Your New Role:
In your role as the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will sit within a driven and supportive team, with a primary focus on people development, outreach activities and associate services. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
- Develop operational plans and branding activities to attract top early career talent.
- Organise, implement and attend university events.
- Coach and prepare the university team members for university visits and coordinate closely to ensure a unified recruiting approach.
- Screen candidate's CVs, conduct phone screens to shortlist for panel interviews and be a member of the panel.
- Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact throughout the whole recruitment process.

About You:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar early career’s recruitment role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
