This is a rare opportunity for a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant who thrives on sales, competition and growth to join our Business Support team in Sydney CBD.
You’ll manage a dual desk recruiting both temporary and permanent administration and customer service roles within the construction and utilities sector. You’ll step into a warm desk with established client relationships, strong brand presence and real earning potential. Backed by a supportive, hands-on State Manager and surrounded by 4 ambitious, high-performing recruiters, you’ll have the autonomy, flexibility and support to deliver results fast.

Your Responsibilities
- Driving business development through cold calling, networking and sales activity
- Managing and growing a warm client portfolio while winning new business
- Partnering with clients to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality talent
- Consulting with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Building your desk through creative marketing and BD initiatives
About You
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Collaborative team player with positive energy
- Holds a valid driver’s licence
