- Supervise the install or removal of buildings and infrastructure.
- Carry out site inspections
- Co-ordinate and supervise all site elements to ensure project delivery
- Lead daily tool box meetings
- Ensure that Sub-contractors are working effectively and to Scope of Works
- Monitor Quality Control of site installations
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a construction/infrastructure setting
- 5+ years trade experience
- Knowledge of the modular building industry and the manufacturing of modular buildings
- Outstanding written and technical skills
- Ability to effectively manage tiem, prioritise tasks and mediate between all relevant parties
- Ability to apply HSE direction and practices
- Ability to read drawings, reports, engineering documents and specifications
- Driver's Licence/White Card/Pre-employment checks
