Are you an experienced HR and recruitment specialist looking for a strategic, high impact role? Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent / Projects Partner for an immediate start.
This role sits at the intersection of operational recruitment leadership and strategic workforce delivery. You will step seamlessly into the team to lead end to end recruitment initiatives, optimise talent processes, and drive high priority workforce projects across a complex, multi disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
...Recruitment Operations & Leadership: Manage end to end recruitment activities across diverse corporate business units, ensuring adherence to Public Sector Governance, awards, and enterprise agreements.
Talent Strategy & Workforce Projects: Lead, scope, and execute workforce planning strategies, talent acquisition programs, and continuous improvement projects with minimal supervision.
HR Systems Administration: Serve as an advanced operational user across PageUp (e-Recruitment) and CHRIS21 (HRIS) for pipeline tracking, recruitment workflow execution, and reporting.
Stakeholder Consultation & Advisory: Build collaborative relationships with senior managers, providing expert advice, coaching, and guidance on talent acquisition, selection, and Public Sector Governance.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor recruitment compliance, review HR procedures, and implement innovative solutions to streamline recruitment and talent delivery.
Process improvement – Review, develop and implement improved recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
Project management – Plan and deliver recruitment and workforce projects, managing milestones, risks, and competing priorities.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Criteria
Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated, hands on operational experience using both PageUp and CHRIS21.
Governance & Process Expertise: In depth knowledge of recruitment processes, Public Sector Governance, compliance, and employment policy frameworks within a complex organisation.
Autonomy & Agility: Demonstrated capability to hit the ground running, manage competing priorities effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of gaining trust.
Strategic thinking – Ability to understand complex recruitment and workforce issues and develop practical solutions.
