administrative support while serving as a key point of contact across HR, WHS, and wellbeing initiatives. This is a dynamic, fast-paced operational role ideal for an experienced P&C candidate eager to deliver high-quality support to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End P&C Administration: Assist with recruitment, drafting employment
contracts, variation letters, probation reviews, parental leave, and maintaining
confidential personnel records.
● WHS & Injury Management: Maintain WHS records, assist with workers & compensation
documentation, and coordinate drug and alcohol screenings.
● Employee Wellbeing: Coordinate employee health checks, manage EAP
communications, and drive annual wellbeing calendar initiatives....
