• Coach and mentor business leaders on performance management, accountability, and employee engagement strategies.
• Partner with leaders on industrial relations activities, including interpretation of Enterprise Agreements (EAs), compliance with employment legislation, and maintaining positive union relationships.
• Drive employee engagement through P&C initiatives, recognition programs, and the implementation of engagement action plans.
• Provide expert advice on workplace investigations, performance management, and organizational change.
• Support workforce planning and talent management processes to align people strategies with business objectives.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an industrial or complex environment.
• Demonstrated high-level experience as an ER/IR practitioner, specifically in EA negotiations, grievance management, and complex case management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in organisational design and change management.
