What You Will Do:
- Support the implementation of HR and Payroll change management strategies aligned with ERP transformation goals.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes while supporting targeted interventions.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain communication materials, including FAQs, presentations, and intranet updates.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs, including material coordination, scheduling, and completion tracking.
- Execute business readiness assessments and manage change adoption metrics to ensure smooth go-live support.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- 5+ years of experience as a Change Analyst supporting HR, Payroll, or SAP implementations (such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or S/4HANA).
- Solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model).
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and resistance management.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with strong emotional intelligence to navigate complex environments.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage project priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
