- Boost productivity into existing desks & drive new business development
- Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
- Delivering high quality recruitment and consultancy services to clients
- Compliance with legal & company policies and reporting processes
- Client management
- Recruitment and candidate management
- Administration and reporting
- Drive collaboration and cross-sales within the branch
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities
